Choose high-value verbs
Begin with be or exist, have, need, want, go, come, do, give, take, know, speak and eat. Write one true sentence for each so recall starts from meaning.
Compare time frames
Place present, completed past and future or habitual forms side by side. Mark the stem and changing material, listen to natural spoken models and avoid forcing every verb into one invented rule.
Include people and respect
Practise the forms required to speak about yourself, another person and a respected listener. Keep pronouns, relationship and register attached to the example so endings are socially usable.
